We provide residential and commercial pest control services throughout Chicago’s North and Northwest suburbs. Service descriptions on this website are for general information. Specific treatment plans, scope, and pricing are confirmed at the time of scheduling and may vary based on the pest, property size, and accessibility.
We do not require long-term contracts. Recurring service plans may be adjusted, paused, or discontinued by contacting us.
Estimates & Pricing
Estimates are provided based on the information available at the time of inquiry and the conditions observed during inspection. Final pricing is confirmed before service is performed. Any guarantees, such as our rodent-exclusion guarantee, are described at the time of service and subject to the conditions stated therein.
Guarantees & Re-Service
Where a recurring plan is in effect, free re-service for covered pests between scheduled visits is provided upon request. Guarantees apply only to the specific services and conditions described at the time of service and do not cover new infestations resulting from conditions outside our control.
Customer Responsibilities
For treatments to be effective, customers may be asked to complete preparation steps (such as cleaning, clearing access, or coordinating pet treatment). Failure to complete recommended preparation may affect results and any applicable guarantees.
