Please read the following terms of service carefully before using our services.

Service Agreement

By using our services, you agree to our terms of service, which outlines the scope of services, pricing, payment terms, cancellation policy, liability policy, warranty policy and privacy policy.

Scope of Services: Our company provides pest control services to residential and commercial properties in Illinois. We use industry-standard techniques and professional products to safely and effectively eliminate pests from your property.

Pricing

 Our pricing is based on the type of the pest infestation, the size of the property, and other factors. At customer’s request we will provide exact pricing and details of service before starting any work. We do not charge hidden fees or unexpected costs. Pricing increases may have occurred since the previous service performed. It is the customer’s responsibility to inquire about current price being charged for all services accepted and performed.

Payment

We accept payment by cash, check, debit or credit card, Zelle and Venmo. Payment is due at the time of service, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. If payment is not received at time of service, credit card information provided by customer at time of booking will be charged for all balances that are due. At discretion of Lake Cook Pest Control employees an invoice may be provided to customer with all payments due within 15 days of service. Balances that are 30 or more days past due will incur a $35 late fee.

Cancellation

If you need to cancel or reschedule a service appointment, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee. Cancellation fees vary based on type of service(s) scheduled and canceled. Appointments canceled within 4 hours of scheduled appointment time will be charged an $85 cancellation fee.

Liability

We are fully licensed and insured to provide pest control services in Illinois. However, we cannot be held liable for any damage, injury, or illness that may result from the use of our services. Certificate of Insurance can be provided upon request.

Warranty

We provide a limited warranty on our pest control services. If live pests are present within the warranty period, we will return to your property and perform an additional treatment at no additional cost. Length of warranty varies based on type of service(s) provided. Most services have a warranty of 12 weeks. Some services are guaranteed. It is the customer’s responsibility to inquire about specific service’s warranty.

Privacy

We respect your privacy and will not share your personal information with third parties without your consent.
