Placing locked, tamper proof bait stations containing rodenticide in unfinished areas of structure. (basements, attics, crawl spaces, utility rooms, garages, etc.)
Also included is an inspection of the exterior of structure to locate all possible entry points that require sealing. Pictures of all possible entry points are taken. A PDF version of the report is emailed to you. This report will include the pictures taken, notes as to what materials to use to correctly seal each type of entry point and additional valuable information.
We do not make the repairs. We always recommend hiring a professional that specializes in the construction aspect to ensure repairs are made correctly. Report can be shared with any handyman or contractor, or we can refer you to a highly rated company that solely does this type of work, excluding rodents.
Sealing the mice out from the exterior is the long-term solution to the problem.
We strongly suggest making the repairs as the mouse bait is not a good long-term solution. The mouse droppings, urine droplets and other debris can accumulate over time and pose a major health concern.
